In reference to the Italian DM dated February 1st, 2007, we herewith confirm that all our products (cups, saucers, teapot, creamers, bowls,…) complies with the governing EU directives 1935/2004/EC and 2005/31/EC. In details, we confirm that all our products fully accomplish the limit for lead and cadmium cession indicated by the law.
Club House has always distinguish it-self for his serious attention and care dedicated to the control of any production details, in order to obtain excellent levels of quality and service, and in order to guarantee full accomplishment of the quality standard requested by the law and by our customers.
For this reason we have enforced the following operations and checks during the different production step:
- periodic inspection of the production facilities and test of the raw materials
- periodic lead and cadmium cession test effected in Chinese Goverment laboratories
- periodic lead and cadmium cession test effected in Italian laboratories (Centro Ceramico di Bologna)
- inspectiosn, analysis and tests made before any shipment by the Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine of People's Republic of China, to release the Health Certificate (Certificate of compliance)
- periodic inspections and analysis made by the Italian Customs before introducing the goods in the European Union, with the release of a certificate of compliance (Nullaosta Sanitario)
All the original documents confirming the full compliance of our products is stored in our headoffice in Castegnato (BS).
To accomplish the requirements imposed by the law, on all Club House products is indicated clearly the production lots and the name of the importer (Club House).
